The two cars are very different. The wiper's first look was a 2002 version
of the Dodge Viper Simple
Shredder which featured an 80-liter V10 engine
that made 460 horsepower.
It's a rear-wheel-drive engine and a six-speed manual transmission to handle that power.
However, the car weighs 3400 pounds. Meanwhile,
the 2006 Nissan 350Z replaced the Tesla and delivered 600 horsepower
through Tesla's larger drive unit. It's also a rear-wheel-drive car and
certainly doesn't have a conventional gearbox.
The Nissan Viper weighs 4000 pounds.
